Tonight was extra special as I had the pleasure of hosting a fantastic guest all the way from Norway! Despite the distance between our home countries, we found common ground over the sizzling sounds and mouth-watering aromas of a traditional Yatai Food Tour.

We pulled up a stool at "Aji-fu," one of my favorite local spots known for its legendary dumplings. There’s something magical about sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with locals under a canvas tent while the city hums around you. It’s the ultimate way to experience authentic Japanese culture without the "tourist trap" filter.
