I loved it that Hiroshi brought us to all the places locals frequent: an izakaya, the oldest yatai in Fukuoka and a tempura bar. Sure, you can hop into a random yatai but it’ll probably be a touristy one that charges more than the one he takes you too! One thing to bear in mind that you will have to pay for your own food (not a problem for me) A suggestion: a round of introductions at the start of the tour would also help warm things up fast among tour participants!
